Fenousse - Sweet Curdled Milk
Fenousse
Ingredients
- Liquid Milk - 1 cup
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Vanilla Essence - 1 tbsp
Direction
- Bring the Milk & Vanilla to boil in a non stick recipient & add the Vinegar.
- Stir with a wooden spoon on low heat until all the milk has been curdled. You may need to add more vinegar but do not add excess.
- Strain off the excess liquid by pouring the milk chunks on a cotton cloth & squeeze.
- Return the milk chunks into the recipient & mix in the sugar.
Chill & Serve!
