Rasgullah - Popular Sweet Dessert
Rasgullah
Ingredients
- Milk Powder - 3 cup
- Flour - 1 cup
- Baking Powder- 1 tsp
- Ghee -2 tbsp melted
- Nestle Cream - 1 small can
- Liquid Milk - 1/2 cup
For Syrup:
- Water - 3 cup
- Sugar - 2 cup
- Cardamom - 2
- Vanilla Essence - 1 tbsp
Direction
- Make the syrup first. Put the Water, Sugar, Vanilla essence & cardamom to boil until thick. Turn off & allow to cool.
- In the mean time, mix all above ingredients together to form a paste.
- Make small balls with the paste & fry on medium heat,
- Drain excess oil & put in syrup.
- After 5 mins, remove the balls & place in another recipient.
- Let it cool & serve.
